How much does a private condominium renovation in Singapore cost?
The investment depends on the size and condition of the property, how extensively the layout is being changed, mechanical and electrical work, custom carpentry, finishes and furnishing requirements.
We review the scope early so the design ambition, investment and timeline can be aligned before the project progresses too far.
Do you handle condominium management approvals?
Yes. Where renovation applications, management requirements or consultant coordination are needed, our team handles the relevant documentation and coordination as part of the project.
Can you manage my renovation while I am overseas?
Yes. Our project system is designed for homeowners who cannot be on site every week.
You have access to your project hub, timeline, drawings and documents, together with regular construction and financial updates. Key decisions are brought to you clearly so they can be made remotely when required.
Can you change the layout of an existing condominium?
Often, yes, but what can be changed depends on the existing structure, services, wet areas and building requirements.
We study these constraints early and use them to determine where changes will create the greatest improvement to the home.
Do you provide custom carpentry?
Yes. Storage, wardrobes, kitchens, feature joinery and other custom pieces can be designed by our team and fabricated through our in-house workshop.
