How much does a landed home renovation in Singapore cost?
The investment depends on the size and condition of the property, how extensively the home is being changed, structural and M&E work, custom carpentry, finishes and the overall scope.
We review these factors early so the design ambition, budget and timeline can be aligned before the project progresses too far.
Can you help us decide how much of the existing house to change?
Yes. We first assess how the existing property works, what is worth retaining and where changes will have the greatest impact on the way you live.
This allows us to develop the scope before major design and construction decisions are made.
Do you handle consultants and authority coordination?
Yes. Where architects, engineers, LEWs or authority submissions are required, we coordinate the relevant parties as part of the overall project.
Can you manage the renovation while we travel or live overseas?
Yes. Your project hub, timeline, drawings and regular construction and financial updates give you visibility without requiring you to be on site every week.
Important decisions are brought to you clearly so they can be made remotely where needed.
Do you provide custom carpentry?
Yes. Kitchens, wardrobes, storage, feature joinery and other custom pieces can be designed by our team and fabricated through our in-house workshop.
